Yakobus 1:13-14
Apabila seorang dicobai, janganlah ia berkata: “Pencobaan ini datang dari Allah!” Sebab Allah tidak dapat dicobai oleh yang jahat, dan Ia sendiri tidak mencobai siapa pun. Tetapi tiap-tiap orang dicobai oleh keinginannya sendiri, karena ia diseret dan dipikat olehnya.

Dengan keteguhan identitas sebagai anak yang dikasihi, kita punya otoritas dan kuasa untuk menang atas setiap pencobaan.

Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.

With the firmness of identity as a beloved child, we have the authority and power to overcome every temptation.
